Delivery & Returns
We deliver to the UK Mainland excluding the Highlands of Scotland. If you are unsure whether this covers your address or if you are outside this area please contact us at email@example.com to check if we can deliver to you.
When you have placed your order you will be given an estimated delivery date, which will be within 35 days of the date of order. Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an Event Outside Our Control. See clause 19 of our terms and conditions for our responsibilities when this happens.
Small items (below weight of 20 kilograms) are delivered by courier, and large items (above weight of 20 kilograms) are delivered by delivery porter service. For large items you will be contacted by our delivery porters in advance to arrange a date for delivery. The date you will be offered will be on or before the estimated delivery date quoted in your Dispatch Confirmation.

We do not accept returns for Products which are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised (Bespoke Products), Bespoke Products are:
(a) Products which are painted in a colour outside of our Standard Colour Range;
(b) Products which are created with dimensions outside our Standard Size Range;
(c) Products which are outside the Standard Product Range, or are built to your specific specifications; or
(d) Any other Products that if returned to us are so specific to a customer’s needs that there is no other (or extremely limited) market for the sale of the Product once you have cancelled the contract.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return detailed above.
