If your item is small enough to be delivered by courier we will send you a notification when it is ready to despatch.

For larger items and pieces of furniture we will be in touch prior to that date to confirm delivery day and arrangements.

We use our own UK delivery team and they will unpackage your items, position them in your chosen room, assemble anything that’s required and remove and recycle the packaging.

NB This does not include fixing wall mounted pieces to the wall.

Although we offer a range of standard colours, sometimes our shades are not right for your décor. With this in mind we offer a bespoke colour option. For a small additional fee you can have your furniture painted in a colour of your choice using our colour match service. Simply state the brand name and colour shade you require and we will get our spray paint manufacturer to match the colour from a sample of that paint.

To create the perfect paint finish we spray paint our furniture using hard wearing Acrylic child safe paint that complies with EN71 safety standards. We apply two layers of primer and two finish coats to make the ultimate finish more durable.

We use oak for our surfaces, and shelf tops except where you choose a painted option. Our suppliers use timbers selected for their uniform appearance and lack of flaws, however due to the the fact it is a natural product it is normal to have some variance in colour and grain - its part of the character of the material. By creating our surfaces from the finest-quality raw materials it offers durability combined with the natural beauty and character of solid oak.

Our drawer boxes are made from beech ply. Made from veneers of beech laminated together it is known for its high-performance and dimensional stability.

To ensure our furniture has the strength to survive the extreme centrally heated climate in the modern home, we construct the main body of each piece for a high grade moisture resistant fibreboard material. It is strong, stable and resists movement, thus is prevents unsightly cracks appearing in our painted finishes.
